Rita Croft is President of Benefits
Administration Services. She has more than 20 years of experience in
Employee Benefits and has been with Benefits Administration Services
since 1996. As President, is responsible for all operations of the
company as well as marketing and executive duties. Rita works
closely with the Plan Consultants to assist clients on their plan
design and consulting needs.Rita holds a Bachelor of Science, Cum
Laude Degree from Jacksonville State University. She is a Member of
the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries, has
obtained the designation of QPA (Qualified 401(k) Administrator) and
serves on the board of the Alabama Profit Sharing 401(k) Council.

Senior Plan Consultant |
Donna Barr is a Senior Plan Consultant
at Benefits Administration Services. She has more than 20 years of
experience in Employee Benefits. As a Senior Plan Consultant,
Donna’s primary responsibility is plan design and consulting and the
supervision of one of the Plan Administration Team for Benefits
Administration Services.Donna holds a Bachelor of Science, Cum
Laude Degree from Middle Tennessee State University. She is a Member
of the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries, has
served on the board of the Alabama Profit Sharing 401(k) Council,
and obtained the designations of QPA (Qualified Pension
Administrator) and QKA (Qualified 401(k) Administrator).

Jo Anne Odom is a Senior Plan Consultant at Benefits Administration
Services, LLC. She has 25 years of experience in Retirement Plan and
Employee Benefits Plans. As a Senior Plan Consultant, Jo Anne’s
primary responsibilities are plan design, consulting client services
and the supervision of one of the Plan Administration Team for
Benefits Administration Services, LLC.
Jo Anne is a Member of the American Society of Pension Professionals
& Actuaries and obtained the ASPPA designations of QPA (Qualified
Pension Administrator) and QKA (Qualified 401(k) Administrator).

Dianne L. Hart, CPA, APM, QPA, QKA
Consultant |
Dianne Hart is a plan consultant with Benefits Administration
Services. She has more than 20 years of experience in Employee
Benefits. As a plan consultant, Dianne’s responsibilities include
working with the Company President, Rita Croft, primarily in the
areas of marketing, strategic planning and client care.Dianne
holds a Bachelor of Science, Summa Cum Laude Degree from the School
of Business from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She is a
Member of the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries
and obtained the designations of QPA (Qualified Pension
Administrator) and QKA (Qualified 401(k) Administrator). As a
Certified Public Accountant, Dianne is a member of the Alabama State
Board of Public Accountancy and the American Institute for Certified
Public Accountants.
